All Nipponblades knives are made by hand by Katsushige Anryu. He is a fourth generation knife maker and has been working for over 50 years as a blacksmith. Anryu san strives every day to make better knives. We travelled to Japan to document the long and precise process that goes into making each Nipponblades knife.
